Outer Elbow Pain
OSCE Voice Station
Paul is a 39-year-old male presenting with right lateral elbow pain for three weeks, worse with gripping. The pain has been there for about three weeks and it's on the outer part of my right elbow, over that bony bump. It started gradually — I can't pin down a single moment or injury. It's a nagging ache most of the time, but it becomes sharp when I grip things, lift a coffee mug, turn a doorknob, shake hands, or lift my bag. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
