Ruth is a 45-year-old female presenting with 45 y/o f with significant anemia who refuses blood transfusion on religious grounds. 45-year-old woman with symptomatic anemia (hemoglobin 7. 1 g/dL) following heavy menstrual/uterine bleeding. She is hemodynamically borderline but stable and firmly refuses blood transfusion on religious grounds. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
