Insomnia Assessment

David Chen is a 42-year-old male presenting with cannot sleep for 4 months, requesting sleeping pills. For the past four months, I have been unable to fall asleep or stay asleep. It started around the time I got promoted to VP of marketing. I lie in bed for one to two hours trying to fall asleep, and my mind just races thinking about work presentations, quarterly targets, and emails I forgot to send. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
