Kenneth is a 55-year-old male presenting with intermittent right groin bulge for 3 months. 55-year-old male presents with a 3-month history of a bulge in his right groin that appears with lifting heavy objects, coughing, or straining. The bulge goes away when he lies down. He has mild aching discomfort in the area, especially at the end of the day. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
