Hyperemesis Gravidarum

Rebecca is a 28-year-old female presenting with severe nausea and vomiting at 9 weeks gestation. I'm about 9 weeks pregnant and I've been nauseous since about week 5, but over the last two weeks it has gotten completely out of control. I'm vomiting 8 to 10 times a day - sometimes more. It's not just in the morning, it's all day and all night. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
