Persistent Hoarse Voice
OSCE Voice Station
Raymond is a 60-year-old male presenting with progressive hoarseness for 6 weeks with dysphagia to solids, referred right otalgia, and unintentional weight loss. I'm 60. My voice has been rough and raspy for about six weeks and it keeps getting worse instead of better. Over the last little while, solid food sometimes feels like it catches in my throat, and I've had a dull ache in my right ear that comes and goes. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
