Dorothy Chen is a 78-year-old female presenting with fall at home, severe left hip pain, unable to walk. I fell at home this morning around eight o'clock. I was walking from my bedroom to the kitchen and I tripped over the edge of a rug in the hallway. I went down hard on my left side. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
