Painful Blistering Rash on Side

Dorothy is a 68-year-old female presenting with painful blistering rash left torso for 2 days, preceded by 3 days burning. Burning pain left side 5 days ago, blisters appeared 2 days ago. Band from back to front, does NOT cross midline. Chickenpox as child. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
