New Hepatitis C Diagnosis

Frank is a 58-year-old male presenting with 58 y/o m with a newly positive hepatitis c antibody and rna, here to discuss the diagnosis. 58-year-old man referred after a routine screening hepatitis C antibody returned positive, confirmed with a detectable HCV RNA (viral load). He is asymptomatic and presents to discuss what the diagnosis means and next steps. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
