Hematuria Workup

Frank Patterson is a 58-year-old male presenting with blood in urine for 2 weeks. I started noticing blood in my urine about two weeks ago. It was pretty alarming — the water in the toilet turned pinkish-red. It's happened maybe five or six times since then, but not every time I go. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
