Tyler is a 19-year-old male presenting with collapse during outdoor football practice on a hot day. I was at football practice this afternoon. It's preseason conditioning and we were doing wind sprints and full-pad drills outside. It was really hot today — I think the coaches said it was over 100 degrees.
