Hearing Loss Evaluation

Frank Kowalski is a 68-year-old male presenting with progressive difficulty hearing in conversations for 2-3 years. My wife Barbara has been on my case for a couple years now about my hearing. She says I have the TV up too loud and that I never hear her when she calls from the other room. I guess she has a point. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
