Guillain-Barré Syndrome

Samuel is a 35-year-old male presenting with progressive ascending weakness for 5 days. Five days ago I started feeling tingling in my feet - like pins and needles in both feet at the same time. I thought maybe I had been sitting funny. The next day my feet felt numb and my legs started feeling heavy, especially from the knees down. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
