Walter is a 82-year-old male presenting with acute confusion since this morning per daughter. Per daughter: Was fine yesterday playing cards. This morning confused, didn't know day, thought daughter was deceased sister. Burning with urination yesterday. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
