Philip is a 44-year-old male presenting with heartburn and acid reflux for 2 months. I've been having this burning feeling in my chest for about two months now. It started off happening just once or twice a week but now it's almost every day. The burning starts right behind my breastbone and sometimes goes up into my throat.
