Gradual Scrotal Pain and Swelling

Andre is a 28-year-old male presenting with gradually worsening left scrotal pain and swelling over 3 days with dysuria. I'm a 28-year-old guy and over the last three days my left testicle has been getting more and more sore. It started as a dull ache and has slowly gotten worse — it didn't come on all at once. Now that side is swollen and tender, and it burns when I pee. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
