Endometriosis Evaluation

Danielle is a 30-year-old female presenting with severe menstrual pain progressively worsening over 5 years. I've always had cramps with my period since I was a teenager, but over the past 5 years they've gotten progressively worse to the point where they're debilitating. The pain starts a day or two before my period and lasts through the first 3 to 4 days. It's a deep, aching, cramping pain in my lower pelvis, and it radiates to my lower back. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
