End-of-Life Discussion

Margaret Sullivan is a 70-year-old female presenting with goals of care discussion — metastatic pancreatic cancer, declining function. I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer about eight months ago. I had surgery — a Whipple procedure — and then I did chemotherapy for several months. Unfortunately, my last scan showed that the cancer has spread to my liver and lungs.
