Severe Menstrual Cramps

Bella is a 22-year-old female presenting with severe cramping pain with menstrual periods, worse over the past year. I'm a 22-year-old college student and my period cramps have gotten really bad over the last year. I get a deep, cramping, aching pain low in my belly that starts the same day my period begins and is worst the first two days, then settles down. It's been there since I was a teenager but it's worse now. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
