Chest Pain Discharge Counseling

James is a 48-year-old male presenting with chest pain — ruled out for acs, now for discharge counseling. I came to the emergency room earlier today because I had chest pain. It started about 6 hours ago while I was at work — I felt a pressure in the center of my chest that lasted about 20 minutes. It was maybe a 5 out of 10 in severity.
