Memory Loss Evaluation

Harold Winters is a 74-year-old male presenting with progressive memory loss noticed by wife over the past 2 years. My wife Eleanor says my memory has been getting worse, but honestly I think it is just normal aging. Everybody forgets things when they get older, right. She says I repeat the same questions over and over, but I do not think I do that. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
