Acute Confusion
OSCE Voice Station
Ruth is a 82-year-old female presenting with acute confusion and visual hallucinations x 1 day, brought by daughter. 82-year-old female brought by daughter for acute confusion starting yesterday. Per daughter, patient was at her baseline (mild baseline dementia, oriented to person and place) until yesterday when she became acutely confused, not recognizing family, and seeing bugs on the walls that are not there. She has been agitated and trying to get out of bed. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
