Derek is a 28-year-old male presenting with sudden bilateral leg weakness for 3 days, no neurological cause found. Three days ago I woke up and my legs felt completely weak. I tried to get out of bed and just collapsed on the floor. It came out of nowhere. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
