Consent Refusal
OSCE Voice Station
James Whitfield is a 45-year-old male presenting with refusing blood transfusion with hemoglobin of 6.2 after post-surgical bleeding. I had my gallbladder removed three days ago — a laparoscopic cholecystectomy is what they called it. The surgery itself seemed to go fine, but yesterday I started having increasing abdominal pain and I felt dizzy and weak. They did some blood work and told me my hemoglobin dropped from 12 before surgery to 6. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
