Chronic Hives

Dana is a 34-year-old female presenting with recurrent itchy hives for over 8 weeks. I'm a 34-year-old woman and I've been getting hives for more than two months now. They're raised, red, really itchy welts that show up on my arms, trunk, and legs at different times. Each spot only lasts a few hours and then fades completely without leaving a mark, but new ones keep coming. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
