Chronic Sinusitis Evaluation

Rachel Kim is a 35-year-old female presenting with persistent nasal congestion, facial pressure, and post-nasal drip for 4 months. For the past four months I have had constant nasal congestion that will not go away. It started as what I thought was a regular cold back in October, but the cold symptoms never fully resolved. I have this constant pressure and heaviness around my cheeks and forehead, especially when I bend forward. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
