Chronic Pain Management

Linda Patterson is a 52-year-old female presenting with i have chronic low back pain and my current oxycodone dose isn't controlling my pain like it used to. I've had chronic low back pain for 5 years ever since I injured my back lifting heavy boxes at work. I had an MRI that showed bulging discs at L4-L5 and L5-S1. I've been on oxycodone 10mg three times daily for the past 2 years. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
