Chronic Low Back Pain

Stephanie is a 42-year-old female presenting with persistent low back pain for 6 months. My lower back has been hurting for about six months now. It started after I spent a weekend helping my sister move into a new apartment - lots of lifting and bending. At first I thought it would just go away on its own but it hasn't.
