Chronic Diarrhea and Weight Loss

Hannah Rodriguez is a 31-year-old female presenting with i've had chronic diarrhea for 6 months and have lost 15 pounds without trying. For the past 6 months, I've been having frequent loose, watery stools - usually 4-6 times per day. The diarrhea is sometimes urgent where I have to run to the bathroom. The stools are very loose, pale-colored, greasy-looking, and sometimes float. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
