Linda is a 45-year-old female presenting with bilateral hand numbness and tingling 3 months, worse at night. Numbness/tingling thumb, index, middle fingers for 3 months. Wakes up 2-3x/night. Worse typing and driving. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
