Cardiac Tamponade

Maria is a 55-year-old female presenting with progressive shortness of breath and chest pressure over 3-4 days. I've been feeling short of breath for about three to four days now, and it's been getting steadily worse. At first I just noticed it when I climbed stairs or walked quickly, but now I'm short of breath even when I'm sitting still. I also have this heavy pressure feeling in my chest, right in the center — it feels like something is squeezing my heart. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
