Harold Okafor is a 78-year-old male presenting with refusing recommended below-knee amputation for gangrenous diabetic foot ulcer. I've had this sore on my foot for about four months now. It started as a small blister on my big toe that wouldn't heal. I have diabetes and I know that can cause problems with my feet. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
