Difficulty Urinating Evaluation

Robert Patterson is a 66-year-old male presenting with urinary frequency, weak stream, and nocturia worsening over 8 months. For the past eight months or so, I have been having trouble urinating. The stream is a lot weaker than it used to be. It takes me a while to get started, I stand there for ten or fifteen seconds waiting for the flow to begin. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
