Binge Eating Disorder

Patricia is a 38-year-old female presenting with recurrent episodes of uncontrolled eating for the past 3 years. For the past three years, I've been having these episodes where I just can't stop eating. It happens maybe three or four times a week. I'll be stressed or upset about something and before I know it, I'm eating an entire pizza, then a pint of ice cream, then cookies - basically whatever is in the house. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
