Sarah is a 27-year-old female presenting with 27 y/o f with sharp chest pain x 2 weeks. Sharp chest discomfort occurring about twice weekly for the past 2 weeks. Episodes last about 30 minutes. Associated with difficulty taking a deep breath. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
