Chronic Back Pain in a Young Man

Ahmed is a 26-year-old male presenting with insidious chronic low back and buttock pain with inflammatory features for >1 year. I'm a 26-year-old man with low back pain that came on gradually over a year and has slowly worsened. The pain sits in my lower back and buttocks and sometimes alternates from side to side. I'm very stiff in the mornings — it takes about an hour to loosen up — and the pain actually improves with exercise and gets worse when I rest or sit for a long time.
