Adult ADHD

Vanessa is a 24-year-old female presenting with difficulty focusing, disorganization, chronic lateness affecting work performance. 24-year-old female presents concerned she may have ADHD. She reports lifelong difficulty with focus and organization that has worsened since starting her first professional job 1 year ago. She has trouble sustaining attention in meetings, frequently loses things, cannot manage deadlines, and is chronically late. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
