Painful Urination with Fever and Chills

Victor is a 49-year-old male presenting with dysuria, urinary frequency/urgency, perineal pain, and febrile illness with chills since yesterday. I'm a 49-year-old man and since yesterday I've had burning when I urinate, going to the bathroom very often and urgently, and trouble starting my stream. I've also had fevers and shaking chills, and I feel achy and worn out. There's a deep, throbbing ache down in my perineum and low pelvis. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
