Flank Pain and Fever

Jessica Park is a 28-year-old female presenting with fever and left flank pain with painful urination. Burning when I pee started three days ago. Yesterday I developed fever and chills and pain in my left back/flank. I'm going to the bathroom a lot but only small amounts. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
