Acute Mesenteric Ischemia

George is a 78-year-old male presenting with sudden onset severe abdominal pain for approximately 4 hours. The pain started about four hours ago, very suddenly. I was watching television at home when it just hit me — this terrible cramping pain all around my belly, but mostly in the center and around my belly button area. It came on fast, within just a few minutes it went from nothing to the worst pain I have ever felt in my entire life. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
