Acute Limb Ischemia

Harold Jennings is a 72-year-old male presenting with sudden onset cold, painful, pale left leg for 3 hours. I was sitting in my kitchen having a cup of tea about three hours ago when all of a sudden I got this terrible pain in my left calf. It came on very quickly, over maybe five minutes. The pain is sharp and constant, like a cramp that won't let go. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
