Sudden Calf Pop While Playing Sports

Tony is a 40-year-old male presenting with sudden pop and pain in the back of the right ankle/calf during basketball. About an hour ago I was playing in a pickup basketball game. I went to push off my right foot to jump for a rebound, and I felt a sudden, sharp pop in the back of my ankle and lower calf. It honestly felt like somebody kicked me hard in the back of the leg — I even turned around to see who hit me, but there was no one there. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
