Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

Deborah is a 45-year-old female presenting with heavy menstrual bleeding x 6 months. 45-year-old G2P2 presents with 6-month history of progressively heavier menstrual bleeding. She now soaks through a super tampon and pad every 1-2 hours during the first 2-3 days, with periods lasting 8-9 days (previously 5 days). She passes clots the size of quarters. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
