AAA Presentation

William Crawford is a 70-year-old male presenting with pulsatile abdominal mass and back pain. For the past three or four weeks, I've had this dull, constant ache in my lower belly, mostly around the belly button area. It sometimes goes through to my lower back. The pain is maybe a 4 out of 10 most of the time — it doesn't stop me from doing things, but it's always there in the background. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
